At TheQStudios, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and safely as possible.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully received. During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination country and shipping carrier.

Please note that these delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs procedures, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs & Import Fee

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Due to recent changes in international customs regulations, a mandatory €4 import fee is added to the shipping cost of every order. This fee covers the additional import and customs-related costs associated with international shipping and is collected during checkout.

No additional import or customs fees will be charged upon delivery.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided, TheQStudios cannot guarantee successful delivery and is not responsible for orders lost or delayed as a result of inaccurate information.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).

Delays

Although we work with reliable shipping partners, delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. TheQStudios is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, weather conditions, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost during transit, please contact us as soon as possible at shoptheqstudios@gmail.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and assist you in finding the best possible solution.
