If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 daysof receiving your order, without providing any reason.

Return Conditions

Refunds

If approved, your refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase within 14 days, in accordance with applicable law.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you provide proof that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise required by law, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item.

Faulty or Incorrect Products

We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, provide a replacement, repair, or full refund at no additional cost.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

TheQStudios is not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided during checkout.

Shipping Delays

Delivery times are estimates only.

If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at shoptheqstudios@gmail.com. We will investigate the shipment with the carrier and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with your legal rights.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or not as described:

Gift cards.
Personalised or custom-made products.
Any items that cannot legally be returned for hygiene or safety reasons once opened (where applicable).
